Adult Swimming Satisfaction Survey 2016

The ASA has launched the Adult (Masters) Swimming Satisfaction Survey 2016 to help improve the service provided to our adult swimmers.

As the national governing body for swimming, it is The ASA’s priority and vision to make swimming a habit for life for as many people as possible, and provide them with everything they need to keep them motivated and excited about the sport.

The ASA understands that there are many different types of swimmer, each one with slightly different requirements to the other.

At the end of 2014, the ASA conducted the very first Masters Swimming Satisfaction Survey, and based upon the responses received, worked to meet the suggestions and feedback you gave, including:

  • Improve communication with our adult swimming members
  • Increase the amount of information available to Masters swimmers via the ASA Masters Swimming Hub
  • Increase the frequency of the Masters Corner newsletter.

12 months on, the ASA want to hear your views on the changes made last year. We would encourage you to take this opportunity to provide the ASA with details about your current experience and also any additional support you would like to receive from the ASA.

The more information you can provide, the better equipped the ASA will be to support our adult (Masters) swimmers during 2016. The survey will close on 6 February 2016.

You don’t have to compete to be classed as a Masters swimmer, in fact, all swimmers over the age of 18 fall into the masters swimming category. So if you swim regularly, at least once a week, and you are over the age of 18, please share your views with the ASA.

Your answers will be treated in confidence, in accordance with the Market Research Society’s Code of Conduct, so please be as honest as possible.
