Congratulations to swimmers achieving medal placings in Dorset ASA and SW Region Open Water events at Preston Beach, Weymouth on 25 Jun and all those completing swims.
A special well done to club member Emily Clarke who also trains with Poole Swimming Club and won the Ladies 5km swim in 1:01.25s. Commiserations and best wishes for a full recovery to club member Jordan Young who bravely attempted but didn’t finish his 5km swim, following the accident on his bike the previous week.
