Bare all and break the record this summer

Celebrate life and bare all this summer in support of the work of the Marie Curie Nurses in Dorset. On Sunday 2 June 2013, hundreds of skinny dippers will gather together and try to break the world record for the largest skinny dip in one place.

Taking place at a secret location in the Dorset area, the exact location will be released to skinny dippers once they have registered. The aim of the sponsored dip is not only to break the world record, but to help raise vital funds to provide more hours of hands on care given by Marie Curie nurses in Dorset, who provide free nursing to terminally ill patients, and their families, in the comfort of their own home, at a time when it is needed the most.

Matt Carruthers, the events organiser said “This is a fantastic chance for people to do something truly different in 2013! The time and location of the dip will only be released to dippers once they have registered for this very special and private event. I’d urge anyone who wants to make the most of life and support our nurses to sign up today!”

Registration is £15 and the target sponsorship for each dipper is £85. (This would provide just over 4 hours of nursing care to a terminally ill patient). Any dipper who manages to raise £200 gets an extra special gift – to be announced!!

To be a part of the big dip in Dorset and possibly make it into the record books, register online at www.mariecurie.org.uk/adrenaline or call 0845 052 4184.
