Sunday 3 July 2016 – Knoll Beach, Studland

Applications to enter the 2km or 3.8km event distances are OPEN.

East Dorset Open Water Swimming Club is organising its seventh open water swim across Studland Bay, near Swanage on the Isle of Purbeck, Dorset, by kind permission of the National Trust and in support of the Seahorse Trust. The swim will be held in affiliation with the BLDSA for wetsuit and non wetsuit competitors, aged 16 and over.

Start: from Knoll Beach, Studland peninsula
Swims: 2km or 3.8km (non-transferable, held concurrently)

Registration: 8am to 9am
Briefing: 9.15am
Start Time: 10am

Entry Fee – £35, or £38 inclusive of temporary BLDSA Day Membership
No entries will be accepted on event day.

Awards to the top 3 fastest male / female swimmers in both wetsuit and non wetsuit categories and trophies for first local 3.8km male / female non-wetsuit swimmer over 40.

Swimmers will be offered places on a first come first served basis from entries received with correct payment. Please download and unzip the supporting entry pack with all information, Entry Form you can print off if you cannot apply online below, Entry Conditions, directions and accommodation.
