With the 3.8km race distance full, we are pleased to announce applications to enter a 2km event distance are now OPEN.
East Dorset Open Water Swimming Club is organising its fifth open water swim across Studland Bay, near Swanage on the Isle of Purbeck, Dorset, by kind permission of the National Trust and in support of the Seahorse Trust. The 2km event will be held concurrently with the 3.8km swim, and in affiliation with the BLDSA for wetsuit and non wetsuit competitors, aged 16 and over.
Start: from Knoll Beach, Studland peninsula
Registration: 8am to 9am
Start Time: 10am
Entry Fee – £32, or £35 inclusive of temporary BLDSA Day Membership
No transfers will be permitted between the 2km and (full) 3.8km event distances
No entries will be accepted on event day.
Awards to the fastest male / female swimmers in both wetsuit and non wetsuit categories.
Swimmers will be offered places on a first come first served basis from entries received with correct payment.
