Paolo De Luca (pictured) has just competed in the Nice triathlon (Swim 1:10:15; T1 00:08:13; Bike 6:54:37; T2 00:06:20; Run 4:31:48 – 12:51:13). Well done!
Mike Trew will shortly be competing in a treble triathlon in Germany – 7.5 miles swim, 340 miles on the bike and 78 miles run!
Bob Holman has also entered the Stert Island and Burgh Island swims later this month.
