Congratulations to Guy Giles who was first home in the 3.8km category. And it was a good day for current EDOWSC members Jordan Young and Chloe Roxburgh, and former member Emma Baird who won their categories.

Club Chairman Chris Parkin thanked RLSS Poole and associated lifesaving clubs for providing fantastic safety cover and Robert Aldous of Kitbrix for 8 superb prizes designed for triathletes and open water swimmers. View demonstration video with promotional offer to Seahorse Swim competitors.

Chris and Volunteer Co-ordinator Ali Budykiewicz thanked the event committee which had worked extremely hard in the 9 months preceding the swim and the fantastic group of volunteers who gave up their time on the day to carry out important roles to make this year’s event so successful.

We have already received a number of positive and enthusiastic comments from swimmers and via social media and look forward to seeing everyone again at future club events.

The club continues its season of sea swims from its Shore Road base, 6 for 6.30pm every Tuesday and Sunday throughout the summer.
