14 club members took part in our third informal Time Trial of the season, swimming either to Flaghead Chine and back to the RNLI Lifeguard station at Shore Road (1km) or continuing on in the Sandbanks direction to the first groyne and back (2km).
There were a few sighting queries and diagonal exits onto the beach (which can both be resolved by walking the beach to familiarise landmarks) and the odd equipment failure. And in testing conditions and glorious sunshine everyone felt a sense of achievement. Well done.
